I have used award center several times and the customer service has always been great, as well as the price. A player in our fantasy football league passed away and they gave us a new plate to go on the trophy in memory of him, no charge. This was very unexpected as I didn't let them know much information on his passing. A great place, with great people. Highly recommended.
